New outfit please, mom!

Warning---this blog may talk a lot about poop----you were warned! I'm also sad I didn't get a picture of any of this mess! 

Okay I swear Miss H is totally against me on clothes this week.  Its like she knows what outfit she wants to wear....okay so she isn't yet at the picking out her clothes phase.  But this week she sure is doing a good job of USING all of her clothes!! 

Tuesday Miss H work up a little stuffy.  This poor baby has mom that cannot stand boogers in noses AT ALL. Yes, I am a freak like that, but I cannot stand boogers or dirty ears!  My brother-in-law can confirm this as it makes him crazy that I am crazy about it.  I digress here....Needless to say I began to clean her little nose with the sucker...she doesn't much mind.  Well, I sucked and sucked but there was not much there.  The congestion was more in her throat area....thus OUTFIT change #1.  After she ate, all that mucus caused her to immediately spit everything up! No problem we needed to get out of our jammies anyways. RIGHT?

Next outfit of choice a nice little onesie and pants.  You know we really had no big plans so why not be comfy? I mean who wants to get all dolled up to just play around the house!  About oh an hour later we were playing on the floor when OUTFIT change #2 was needed!  Why this time?  POOP-PLOSION enough said.  Miss H seemed to have really done a number here.  Okay great now I had 2 outfits on the washer with spray 'n wash ready to go.  

This time she got a new little onesie and another pair of pants.  Keep in mind we really only have 3 pairs of paints...because well most outfits have pants or bloomers with them.  Who needs more than 3 little sweat pants for a baby?  One pair stays in the diaper bag for that UH OH on the go?  Thank goodness we have not needed it yet!!     Off we go to have a snack and nap time.  Well, she got all full from her snack to only get choked up AGAIN from her mucus drainage....she SpIt EvErYtHiNg back up.  Of course she didn't wait till I had her on my shoulder to burp...instead the second she sat up all over her clothes.  OUTFIT change #3  

We have officially gone through all of our "pants" so good thing it was a nice day and we had the windows open!  She got to hang out in just a cute onesie!!  Yes, she was just chilling in nothing but a onesie....again I am not a fan of this but around the house it's okay, Right?  So on Monday we had THREE outfit changes!  This leads me to TUESDAY!

TUESDAY- began with a BANG, literally!!! Yep straight out she had a poop-xplosion!  Normally once she wakes up I do a change before feeding her, because I know she like to well poop after eating.  If I didn't do that initial change we would have poop outs every morning. But I was PROACTIVE and still she managed to get it everywhere.  I am amazed by her abilities some times.  OUTFIT change #1 Again we needed to move out of our jammies.  

Well, since we used all our "stand by" outfits yesterday...she had to put on a real outfit.  You know something we would wear out and about!  Not just lounging clothes.  I put on a simple outfit that I wouldn't be sad if pooped on.  No worries, because soon it was!  Yep she managed to blow out again.  Now we needed to move on to a new outfit!  OUTFIT change #2 I swear she is out to pick out the outfit she wants to wear and this is her way of doing so! HA HA

No worries folks...by um 2 p.m. we had 2 more outfit changes due to pooping!  Yep you read that right!  So we now had enough outfits that it was WORTH doing the load of laundry!  Good news was that her stuffy nose didn't cause any of our outfit changes.  We seemed to have figured out how to stop that with some little nose drops and the humidifier.  Whoo whoo!  This has been our week in a nutshell.  One change after another over here!  I am so thankful that SPRAY 'N WASH is my new best friend!  Thus far it has managed to remove all explosions we have had.  Plus Miss H has managed to enjoy almost all of her clothes in just a 2 day period.  Who else can say they have achieved this?

WORN OUT!

Well sadly spring break is over and I think I am more worn out that before.  But the good news is thanks to my mom, sister, and family I was able to check off many things on my list.  Without my people here to help it would have been so tough.  A HUGE GIGANTIC ENORMOUS THANKS to mom and Abby for everything.

First things first....we began the clean out of our house!  We are trying to "stage" the house so we can sell it.  I think we have made some tremendous progress.  I am just mad that I didn't take pictures before I realized I needed to. Grr!
Here is how the house looked (kind of) before!  Keep in mind all of our closets were packed with well wedding gifts I have yet to use due to lack of space.  Chris' parents were kind enough to send down a POD with some goodies in it for us when we get our "bigger" house.  Plus we are now able to move out some of our things....I mean my storage unit is pretty packed with my apartment stuff in it!  Okay get ready for some major pics....

Okay and here is a look at the POD in all of the goodies we got or put in! Ha it was a huge project to pack that sucker just so!  We had to make sure it was nice and tight so nothing would fall or break during the move.

Chris' mom was even nice enough to send all of Riley's baby things.  I got a great baby bed, amazing stroller, and a bike stroller!  Yippee this makes me want to have a baby. Yes, my mom just fell over as she read that! Ha...but no babies for us anytime soon we have to get a HOUSE first!

Okay in this pic you can see the first part of our stacking.  In the pod we have our guest mattress, both of our couches, the dinning room table and hutch from Chris' parents...thanks! Also a wonderful coffee table.  This was only the beginning of our POD fun.  My sister has a great pic of the pod closer to the end!  I will post those later!

Okay so we moved these chairs over to make it look roomier.  Yes...the TV mess will be covered soon!  I have to go pick up a nice Tree plant thing to go between the chairs.  Then we need to do a few more touch ups here and there.

Well we are not 100% done with the yard as you can see, but mom and I can only do so much in a short time frame.  Oh and to top off all the fun!  I also got my BLOG SWAP gift ready and shipped off.

I can not wait for JANNA to open up all the goodies. I have had the best time getting to know her better.  I love this blog swap idea for so many reasons...but most of all for making new sweet friends! Oh and did I mention that Chris is out of town again!  Winston and I have been chilling...but he misses his dad.  I only know this because he always lays so he can see the door, as if he is waiting for Chris to walk in at any moment.  Poor guy will have to wait a few more days.  I hope your weekend was as productive as mine.  Enjoy your MONDAY!  Kicking and screaming I too will head back to work....

Creepers, yard work, and more

Well yesterday was kind of my lazy day all day! Ha!!  Today I got up and thought I would start things off right with spin class.  I normally go to the classes after school you know the 5 or 6 o'clock class.  So hitting an early class seemed pretty exciting.  Well I had never got to this instructor before....and can say I will not return to her class.  There was only a total of 8 people in class.  If you have ever attended a good spin class at 24 hour you know this is NOT NORMAL!  But then again I thought well it is spring break and 8:30.  Yeah, that is more than likely NOT the CASE!!!

The class was horrific to put it nicely.  I mean in the first 30 minutes we had only turned our knobs 3 times...are you kidding me!  This was in no way a challenging ride.  Then to top it off this CREEPER was sitting next to me.  Picture a 40-45 year old man in super tight workout shorts and a tank top.  Yes, he picked the bike RIGHT BESIDE ME!  There are 20 bikes in this room (only 8 taken), and he pick directly beside me.  Okay no problem....until he was WATCHING me the entire time.  I mean it was the most creeped out I have ever felt in my life.  He would not stop watching me...it was so bad that I felt dirty.  Needless to say with the crappy workout and the creeper next to me...I ditched out of class a bit early! I felt like the stalking was over the top and I needed to go home and shower off!

After my amazing workout, I ran home and picked up Chris.  We had an appointment with the tax guy. Thank heavens we are done with taxes. Then a super great lunch date at our favorite, ROSA'S for taco Tuesday of course!  After lunch we headed over to Home Depot for a little yard renovation.  Nothing like picking up 12 bags of mulch, grass seeds, plants, and more to start spring break off with a bang.  Tomorrow we are going to meet with a relator to look at houses!  I am super excited for that.  Much like blog stalking I have been house stalking on line.  It has been great, but nothing beats checking them out in person.  Oh and about blog stalking.

I have been out and about picking up little odds and ends for my blog swap partner, Janna!  I am having the best time picking out goodies for her!  I love the spring blog swap.  I have just a few more odds and ends that I need to gather before I mail it of on Thursday!  Now I should do a few more "productive" things before Chris gets home from work, yikes.

Cleaning up for....

loads of reasons. The first reason being we have guest coming this weekend! Who you may wonder? Well some of our favorite ones, the little ones, the four legged type, and the big ones too. Yeap Abby, Brian, Little Bear, Little Monkey, and BAILEY DOG are all coming to town. I would like to say they are coming mainly to visit us. However, that is not the case this time. They are here for business...with a little fun on the side. Abby of course has a hair appt (she just can't let her guy go!), then Friday they have their family Christmas cards (ie. why Bailey got to tag along this time), and Saturday is the annual trip to the pumpkin patch. When I told Winston his Auntie, Uncle, and cousins were coming to town he was pumped. Well until this happened!!!

I am very thankful I happen to live in the town that offers all the needs of the G-clan!! Just think if I didn't live in a place that could offer hair, photographers or pumpkin patches of choice I would never see these people. Also another reason to be thankful is their up coming trip has allowed for Chris, Winston, and I to clean up.

With our up coming JOINING OF LIVES. (that's right people if you haven't kept up WE ARE GETTING MARRIED)...we must too join homes. What better time to start cleaning up and making space!  The rest of the weekend was spent cleaning out the garage and moving boxes around.  Then of course we had to decorate the house for fall.  We (as in I) finally placed the pumpkins outside!  I thought since Halloween was about 2 weeks out it would be okay.  I mean between the threat of heat and pumpkin smashers I would like the pumpkins to last as long as possible.  Here is the sweet pup sitting so nicely! 

Doesn't it just look like he is loving life!  Well remarkably enough he actually really does like to wear the bumblebee out fit.  I think it was the sitting and looking at me after about 20 shots he was annoyed with.  But you have to have the perfect one, well that is what I kept telling him anyways.  Be on the look out for a bee to show up in your mailbox soon!
