Miss H's dedication

On October 13th Miss H got dedicated at church.  Our church does a nice little service just for this on a Saturday.  I loved it because each baby got their own special time for the dedication, instead of a quick stand in front of the church on Sunday morning and move on.  There were a total of 9 babies getting dedicated ranging in age from 3 months to 2 years old.

Chris and I were so over joyed at the family and friends that attended this special day.  Of course our immediate family was there, but also many of our close friends too.  We are so thankful to have them supporting us on decision to dedicated Miss H and raise her in a godly way.  She did pretty good through the service.  I just wish she knew they were there just for her.  One day she will be able to look back and see all the love and support she has.  Here are the many pictures from the event.

Oh did I mention that her dedication was on OU vs Texas game of course right after it she had to be changed into her gear!  Here are some cute pics of the cousins helping her open her dedication gifts.

I love love love this one...He is so in love with her and she is the same.  They are together the whole time.
Well we tried to get all 4 but all 3 is pretty good too.

Amazing the difference in a few months.  Baby G 2 months...Miss H 9 months!

SOLD....moving on to

Saying goodbye...
Last MONDAY we officially signed over our first home.  I have mixed feelings about this because after all this was our fist home as a married couple and family.  Also this was Chris' house that he remolded. He spent countless hours doing this and I know would have spent a few more years enjoying it.  However, along came a wife and sweet baby girl.

On to the fun of our last few weeks...MOVING! AHHH I can not tell you how much I dislike moving (blame that on college days moving every semester) but moving with a 9 month old, HOLY COW!
Thankfully my wonderful mom came to help us move or gosh we would still be doing it.  Needless to say it took a us a little longer that expected but we have done it.  WHEEWW!  To bad we will have to do this all again in oh about 120 days!  Now that is one count down I will be a little sad about...but happy too because that means we are in our brand new house!!

Here are a few funny videos of Miss H during our moving:

and some random pics:

Me...trying to remember what our sweet babies room was like!  I should have done this before we had a bunch of junk around for the move.

oh my her closet was a mess...but oh well

someone found the bags...and did her silly face!

Happy Birthday to me....what did we do MOVED and had dinner just Chris and I.

the mess of our master bedroom before our last load

all sacked out from moving...she was tired of carrying the heavy stuff

Pumpkin patch fun

Since my sweet niece Little Bear was 10 months old we have been hitting up the same pumpkin patch in Flower Mound (9 years).  This year it was little more special as it was Miss H's first visit with all her cousins, grandparents, and more.  Since H was getting dedicated (post to come soon) everyone was in town....thus a trip to the pumpkin patch was a MUST!

Chris' dad, my mom, and us all headed out to meet up with my sister and her family.  We also go to meet up with Chris' cousin too.  We had a blast.... My sister had these really cute shirts made for all the cousins.  I love them...they are each kids initial dressed as a ghost.

The year seemed to be the least painful of years as far as kiddos sitting and smiling went.  I can remember back to some where kicking and screaming was had.   Everyone seemed to be in the pumpkin patch spirit...or was just excited to see each other.  What ever the case it made for some great pictures.  Oh and the fact that they get to do the bounce houses and slides afterwards might help too.  Enough of me are the pics they can do the talking!
